About the Company
The Dance Connection Performance Company is for dancers who want more performance opportunities than the once-a-year annual recital. The team competes locally 2-3 times per year and travels nationally once a year. This company offers professional training in all genres of dances and exposes young aspiring dancers to opportunities that will enhance their dance knowledge and training.

Audition Sign Up
Rehearsal Schedule
Each dance will be scheduled six 30 minute rehearsal slots on alternating schedules which will be held on the following dates:
December 1, December 8, January 12, January 19, February 2, February 16, March 1, March 15, April 5, April 19, May 3, May 10
Which weeks are for which dance will be announced following auditions.
In addition, the following dates will be full company rehearsals:
December 15, January 5, January 7, January 28, February 11, March 3, March 8, March 17 (Dress Rehearsal), April 12, April 21, May 31, Jun 15, June 24, June 25, June 26, June 27, July 1, July 2, July 3.

Tuition & Expenses
The following tuition will be billed December thru July:
Additional Costs:
Makeup Package approx. $150
Company Jacket approx. $70
Costumes approx. $65-150 per dance
Entry Fees approx. $38-65 per dance, per competition
Travel to competitions outside of LI hotel, gas, tolls, food
Administrative Fees $60 per regional event | $120 per national event
(covers event expenses including, but not limited to: set/prop shipping expenditures, travel expenses for the studio management team representative(s) on site, entry fee processing and other administrative costs) **Season divided into individual event fees
In addition to the above expenditures, each family will be required to sign up to assist with truck loading/unloading at events throughout the year to help get dancers’ scenery and props ready for each location.
