Have Questions? A “Who’s Who” of Answers
When it comes to any of our kids’ activities there is a lot to remember. Dates, times, locations, pricing, equipment, do they need dinner before or after? When are they going to get their homework in? What did their coach/teacher say about that? Dance is no different than any other activity, so we want you to know who you can go to for answers to any of your questions.
Our Reception Staff: Our receptionists are on the “front lines” of everything Dance Connection. They can assist you with:
- Most Billing and Tuition Questions
- Class availability and scheduling
- Birthday Party and Special Event questions
- Dancewear and Dancewear Order questions
- Make-up class scheduling
- Email questions *There’s a binder with every one that we send!*
- Recital and Dress Rehearsal Information
- Costume ordering information
Our Teachers:
- Class level questions
- Private lesson availability
- Class-related concerns
- Costume information (accessories, hair, additional items to purchase)
Our Management Staff
- Billing and account issues (beyond the basics that our Receptionists can handle)
- Any concerns that are directly about the studio, or that require the attention of management
We know that as parents, we also tend to rely on each other for information, but sometimes the answers can come in “telephone” form where what is passed on is not exactly correct. We’re grateful to our parents who are willing to help get information to other parents in their class, but the best possible place to get your answers is from the source, and our staff is ready and willing to make sure all of your questions and concerns are resolved quickly and correctly. Ask away!
