Ticketing Policies

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Tickets cannot be exchanged for another performance.
Any children occupying a seat, must have a ticket. Children under the age of two may sit on a parents lap without a ticket.
Due to fire code regulations, strollers will not be allowed to be left blocking any aisle, egress, or exit. Any strollers must be checked in with the house manager and stored at the rear of the theater.
Step into Christmas is 60 minutes long and performed without an intermission.
Show begins promptly. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager.
For the safety of the performers and as a courtesy to your fellow guests, video recording or taking of photographs during the show are not permitted.
