Dance Teacher
Lindsey brings together a decade of dance instruction and years of experience teaching students with diverse learning needs. She has taught ballet, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, and tap to students ages 5–19 at both recreational and competitive levels, and served as captain, choreographer, and president of the SUNY New Paltz Dance Team. Alongside her dance background, Lindsey spent two years as a residential teacher at Grove School, where she adapted instruction for students with IEPs and used therapeutic strategies to support emotional regulation. She previously taught French at Highland High School, differentiating lessons for students with IEP and 504 plans. She currently serves as Director of Student Activities at Five Towns College and holds a B.A. in Adolescent Education from SUNY New Paltz.
