It’s the time of year when, as beautiful as snow can be, the weather can play havoc with our schedules. Dance Connection does close during any weather event that may put our staff and students at risk on the road. If that should happen, here are the places where you can find out if classes have been cancelled:

Our Social Media Channels – We will always announce any class cancellations on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages. If you haven’t liked or followed our accounts you can click the links below so you are always in the loop for the latest studio news!

Online – We will always have any closings or delays posted on our website’s homepage. You can also find our delays and closings up on the Long Island News12.com site by clicking here!

By Phone – In the event of a studio closing we will send out phone calls and text messages to alert our DC families. Last, but certainly not least, we will always change the announcement on the studio’s voicemail to reflect any cancellations of classes, so feel free to give us a call if that is convenient for you.

In the event that classes are canceled, please know that you are free to schedule a make-up class for your student if you would like by calling in to the studio. Now is a great time to make sure we are connected on social media and that the studio has your most up to date contact info. Most importantly, please remember to stay safe on the roads this winter!
