Communication is key not matter where we are. The more our dance families communicate with us, the better everyone’s experience is. We know that our both our brand new dance families and our “Pro-Level” DC families may have questions throughout the year. Here are the best places to go for answers.

• Our Reception Staff: You’ll see our receptionists behind the desk and also floating around the studio attending to the everyday running of the lobby. They have a ton of answers for you if your questions have to do with: Account/Billing questions, Birthday Parties, Make-Up classes, Class Requirements, Special Event Registration, Audition Info, Party Week Info, Tuition, Teacher Training Program Info, Honor Society Info, Dancewear/Orders, Shoe fittings, Costume Orders,  Tutorings/Private Lessons, and general studio info. 
• Our Teaching Staff: Our teachers are always willing to talk to you about any questions you have referring to what happens inside the classroom. They will either chat before or after class if time allows, or you can ask to set up a time to chat with them about your questions or concerns. If you are looking for info on your dancer’s progression in class, if they are in the correct level, any challenges you are facing with your dancer or their classes, or just behavior that you are noticing from outside the window, our teachers are the ones to ask! Sometimes it’s difficult to know what is actually going on inside the classroom, and what we perceive to be a situation that may need addressing might not be at all what it looks like! You can always feel comfortable asking to be looped into the classroom “goings on”, our teachers are there to help!
• Management Team: Sometimes there are questions that have to do with studio policy or guidelines. If our Reception or Teaching Staff feel that they need to refer your question to one of our Management Staff members, you can be assured that they will get back to you promptly to address your questions and concerns.
