This year’s Energize Conference in Chicago featured seminars given by Miss Mary and Mr. Joe, who were brought in as industry experts in the field of Dance Studio Management.  The conference was held from August 10^th – 12^th and included classes and networking events as well as the seminars given by industry experts from all over the world! Miss Mary gave a seminar titled “Teacher Training Program” instructing attendees about the benefits of implementing these programs in their studios, and Mr. Joe presented two seminars, one focusing on “The Art of Pre-Registration” and “Studio Communications Like a Rockstar”.  Both also participated on an expert panel discussing the challenges they have faced as a studio, and the solutions they used to address them.

Many of the teachers in the studio made the trip out to Chicago to support Miss Mary and Mr. Joe, and to take in all the wonderful classes and seminars as well as to benefit from the networking opportunities. They even found some time to take in the sights and explore Chicago as a group!
