Camp Options

(Ages 3-6) Royal campers will have a blast becoming a princess or prince, learning new dance steps, listening to fairytales, and making creative crafts with their favorite Penny Prima® characters. Your child’s imagination will run wild in this magical camp based on the Penny Prima: Once Upon a Time storybook.

July 23 - Latin Jazz

Estefano Gil was Born in Caracas, Venezuela where he began his training at Ballet-Arte School. Since then he has joined and performed demi-soloist and soloist roles in major dance companies such as Ballet Teresa Carreño, Caracas Contemporary Ballet, and INCOLBALLET. He’s performed with these companies in Belgium, Holland, Russia, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic among others. Since 2012, he has performed as a guest artist in Staten Island Ballet, New England Ballet, and FJK Dance company. His Repertoire includes: Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Our Waltzes, among others.

July 30 - Tap

Grace Stauffer is from Los Angeles, California where she danced with the Pacific Festival Ballet, as well as attended summer intensives with American Ballet Theatre, Alvin Ailey American Dance Company, and Joffrey Ballet School. Grace continued her dance education in college - graduating early and with Cum Laude from Boston University with a BA in Pre-Medical Molecular biology and minors in classical studies and dance. While in Boston she also was a founding member in Nozama Dance Collective and a company member with BoSoma. She then completed the two-year professional Musical Theatre Conservatory program with CAP21 in NYC, where she also studied extensively with Steps on Broadway and Broadway Dance Center. Since graduating, Grace has continued her education and taught all over the New York metropolitan area for dancers of all ages and abilities. In addition to choreographing a full production of Mamma Mia!, she has been the assistant and associate on several theatre dance projects and performed in regional theatre productions.

August 6 - Street Jazz

Stephania Teran, hailing from Long Island, discovered her passion for dance at the age of 10 and has been immersed in its world ever since. With a dedicated journey as both a choreographer and teacher, Stephania's mission revolves around inspiring and challenging her students to reach their fullest potential. Her mantra of "positivity, progress, and potential" serves as a guiding light in her approach to teaching and choreography. Now, Stephania eagerly anticipates the opportunity to share her wealth of expertise and enthusiasm with dancers everywhere as a guest choreographer.

August 13 - Musical Theatre

Danielle Chiavola, born and raised in Holbrook, New York, grew up in the world of competitive dance. She began dancing at the age of three, and competed and danced for 15 years. She trained in a variety of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and Musical Theater. During her time dancing, Danielle had the opportunity to work with credited choreographers from around the country including Terry and Mandy Schulke, Kara Bode, Patrice Barakat, Donna Shepard, Jenny Durbin Smith and so many more! She now travels to studios all around to set pieces on students, and teach technique intensives. Additionally, Danielle works for Inferno Dance Competition and has taken on roles with their company including Assistant Directing, Judging, and Tabulating. This has taught her about how competitions run, and what they are looking for in exemplary award wInning routines, and to keep up with modern trends in competitive dance.
