TUITION INFORMATION
General Information
- Registration Fee – $35 (non-refundable) ($25 each additional family member thereafter)
- All Dance Connection accounts are required to have either a bank account and routing number for direct debit or a valid MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express card on file at all times.
- The studio calendar and tuition rates are designed to give thirty two classes over a ten-month period from September to June.
- Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- All lessons are paid for in advance, direct debited from your bank account or charged to your card on file the 1st of each month.
- In the event a charge is declined, you will receive an email notification. There will be a $5 added charge for any account not paid in full by the 10th. This charge will continue to be added each month it remains late.
- Accounts registering during the Pre-Registration window can register with a $50 deposit for a single class or a $100 deposit for multiple classes or a family. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file on September 1 or can be paid via Cash or Check by August 30.
- Upon registration, a $35 registration fee ($25 each additional family member) will be due along with the first two monthly installment tuition payments.
- There will be no refunds or deductions for lessons missed. Make-Up Classes are available.
- There will be a $5 non-sufficient funds charge for all eCheck declined by the bank and a $25 charge for all checks returned from the bank or credit card chargebacks.
- Any student with an overdue balance of more than 60 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received or payment arrangements have been made.
- Account Balance must be fully paid in order to pick up any recital costumes.
- Account Balance must be fully paid in order to participate in any dress rehearsals or performances.

Monthly Billing
Yearly tuition is broken down into ten equal monthly installments, due the first of each month from September thru June. Tuition payments are non-refundable once charged. Intent to drop any classes should be submitted via email at least 5 days before the next billing date. Monthly tuition will be charged to your credit card or direct debited from your bank account automatically, depending which billing method you choose. Alternatively, you can also pay via Cash or Check before the 1st of each month. Accounts who choose eCheck Direct Debit will have $2/class monthly membership fee waived.
