Getting to Know You: Miss Molly!
Written by Joe Naftal on January 28, 2020

Today we are featuring Miss Molly in our latest edition of “Getting to Know You”!  The “Getting to Know You” series helps us get to know each of the Dance Connection teachers and staff we get to see at the studio every week and learn a little bit more about them.

Why do you love teaching at Dance Connection? I love the family atmosphere it brings and the safe place it gives students to do what they love. Teaching at Connection has given me the opportunity to grow as a dancer and to teach what I know as it has always been my passion.

What’s the best way for dancers to approach your class? Come into class with a positive attitude and to always have fun. It’s not about being perfect it’s about learning and getting better every time you step into a new class.

What’s the best way for parents to support their dancers? Be encouraging and support their love for the art. Also allow them to grow at their own pace as every Student is on their own journey.

What do you do in your spare time? I spend time with my husband, I like to go out to dinner, I’m a beginner yogi and just started taking pure barre!

What’s your go-to coffee order? I don’t drink coffee hot or cold.  I wish I did as I need caffeine in the morning. But i do love Starbucks and my go to is a mint mocha frappuccino.

What’s your favorite vacation spot? Favorite vacation spot is Woodloch Pines In Pennsylvania. It’s been a long time family vacation that has brought the best memories and the group of people keeps on growing as we are now bringing the next generation. I think this pad December was almost my 20th year going.

What’s your favorite local restaurant? Local restaurant near me would be Manninos in oakdale. But I’m a sucker for Chipotle!
