How Dance Lifts My Spirits
Whenever I have a bad day, there are certain things that will always lift my spirits. When I was a dance student, there was nothing better than getting into the studio and focusing on anything else but what was bothering me. I could get lost in the music and just dance it all out. I asked our Dance Connection teachers what about dance helps to lift their spirits.
