Recital Health & Safety Protocols

Below are the health & safety protocols that will be in place for our 2021 recital.  The safety of all of our dancers, families, volunteers, and staff is our top priority.

In accordance with NYS performing arts event guidelines, performers will be permitted to perform without masks while socially distant on stage.  However, masks are required at all other times.

Remaining Classes

Beginning May 3, dancers will wear masks during class and will be permitted to remove masks during the portion of class while rehearsing for the recital dance, in order to practice dancing without a mask and using facial expressions. Choreography is optimized to ensure social distancing.  Masks must be worn at all other times in class and inside the building.  Students are permitted to keep their masks on while rehearsing the recital dance if they prefer.  Teachers and staff will keep masks on at all times.
