This time of year is great for so many reasons. The air has that chill that brings out sweaters, puffy vests, sometimes hats and mittens. Hot cocoa and warm apple cider seem to be everywhere, and the pumpkin spice takeover is well under way. People have begun holiday shopping, checking lights and decorations, and prepping for family members who are just days away from arriving.

Thanksgiving allows all of us to hopefully slow down for a moment and take in the love that surrounds us and all we have to be grateful for. Here at the studio we know that we are grateful for our fantastic staff and teachers, but most of all we are thankful for you, our DC students and families. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful group of students who work hard all year toward recital, and the amazing dance parents that support them by shuttling them to and from classes along with all of the other things they have to do. The countless leotards, pairs of shoes, tights, make up classes and words of encouragement do not go unnoticed. We want you to know that we see how dedicated you are to your children, how you help our studio make a difference for our community through your generosity and every year we are thankful that your family trusted your child’s dance education to us.
